Library Systems have been restored

The Library's server upgrade is now complete.  Normal service has been restored.  Thank you for your patience.

The 2011 Teddy Bear Tree has arrived

Make a HOLIDAY WISH come true!!

Each year Nazareth College partners with the Society for the Protection and Care of Children (SPCC) to collect holiday gifts for children and young families in need. The SPCC has many programs that help children affected by violence and domestic abuse. They also work with young parents who are struggling to complete their education, find sustaining jobs, and care fortheir little ones.

Now here’s what you can do:

1) Staring on Thursday, November 10, visit the TEDDY BEAR TREE found just past the Circulation Desk in the Lorette Wilmot Library to adopt a TEDDY BEAR (Don’t forget to leave your name, extension, and teddy bear number on the sign out sheet!!)

2) Each BEAR has a holiday wish from a local child, young mother, or young father in need.

3) Go shopping!

4) The most important step: Return your gift to the library Circulation Desk unwrapped no later than Monday, November 28th with the TEDDY BEAR securely attached. If you can return your gift earlier please do! (That helps us to keep things organized!)

The gifts will then be delivered to the Society for the Protection and Care of Children, who will wrap and distribute them! Don’t miss out on this chance to make a difference in a child’s life or to help a young adult! We can guarantee you won’t regret it! National Game Day Celebration, November 10th

Coming this Thursday, November 10th!

In honor of National Gaming Day, there will be a game event at the Library!  Come play electronic games, board games, and card games!  Cider and popcorn will be served!

Want to share video content with your colleagues or students in your class?

The Media Resources department can help by setting up a secure video streaming site where your department, committee or group can access video content. We can also insert streaming media into your Moodle course page for student viewing and peer evaluation. Options for public access too! No need to burn multiple DVDs or put student presentations on course reserve. Now access video content from your own computer at your convenience.
